Brad Hays began his journey in property management in 2009 with no clients and a vision built on honesty, fairness, and hard work. Through dedication and a commitment to standing behind every promise, he grew our firm to a portfolio of more than 1,500 properties.
We specialized in single-family and multi-family buildings. Through the years inside our corporate portfolio Brad has owned and managed 11 single-family residences and 50 apartment and condo units. We not only understand the challenges of property management we fully understand the complexities of investment property ownership. After years of success in long-term leases, we sold that company to focus on the future of housing. That future is BEDMORE—a corporate mid-term accommodations & hospitality focused company built for today’s evolving market.

BEDMORE founder Brad Hays brings 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, having spent decades helping victims of catastrophic events find temporary housing while their homes were being restored.
He has personally approved countless mid-term rentals paid for by insurance carriers. He knows how the process works, and brings that expertise to every property we manage.
He also owns an insurance restoration company which has rebuilt $ 10's of millions in single-family and condo properties following catastrophic events. This gives BEDMORE unmatched insight into the needs of property owners, insurance companies, and displaced families alike.
